These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our app and services by you. By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Mahakumbh2025 App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.
The app is referred to as the ‘Platform’. This platform is owned and operated by Divya Bharati. For the purpose of these terms of use, wherever the context so requires, ‘You’, ‘User’ or ‘user’ shall mean any natural or legal person who shall login to the platform by providing registration data while registering on the platform as a registered user. The terms ‘Mahakumbh2025’, ’we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ shall mean Divya Bharti.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to the terms: By using this app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the app. Mahakumbh2025 app grants access to its products, and services only to individuals who accept its terms.
Updates and Modifications: We may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
Use of Information: Before continuing to use our app, we strongly recommend that you review our Privacy Policy which provides detailed information about our data collection practices and any personal information you provide to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This will help you gain a comprehensive understanding of how we handle the user data.
Account Registration
Registration Information: During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information we deem necessary to create and maintain your account.
Information Accuracy: It is deemed that the information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated from time to time.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your credentials with anyone else and to take all necessary precautions to protect your account from unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credential. The details of your account will not be shared by us and will only be shared to the lawful authorities if required as per circumstance.
Multiple Accounts: You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or register for an account on behalf of another individual except children and senior citizen with no accessibility of the application. No user can register more than once on the App. Only single user registration is allowed on each Mobile Number and the admin user can add their family members , group or community for tracking purposes. If we discover that you have created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your accounts.
Account Use: Your account is personal to you and you agree not to sell, transfer, or share your account with any other person.
Legal Compliance: By registering for an account, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Child Users and Parental Responsibilities
Parental Consent: If a child under the age of 18 and he/she uses the app, it must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for monitoring the child's use of the app and ensuring compliance with these terms.
Parental Responsibility: By allowing your child to use this app, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for supervising and monitoring your child's use of the app.
Child Actions: Any actions taken by children using the app under parental supervision are the responsibility of the parent or guardian. This includes any bookings, purchases, or interactions within the app. For example, if a child makes a non-refundable accommodation or event booking, the parent or guardian will be responsible for any charges incurred. Please note that once deducted, these charges are non-refundable.
Safety and Privacy: The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without parental consent. Parents or guardians should supervise their child's use of the app to ensure their safety and privacy. If any personal information of the child entered in the application, we will assume that it is provided by the parent or the guardian or given under their supervision.
QR code scanner
The QR code scanner feature is designed to scan white wristbands worn by children. This feature helps in capturing details of lost children or individuals who do not have the app installed. The Mahakumbh Mela app and its developers are not liable for any misuse of the QR code scanner or any consequences arising from the use of captured information by users. Users accept the full responsibility for their actions related to the use of this feature.
Booking Accommodation
When you book a listing, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking. When you receive the booking confirmation; a contract for host service is formed directly between you and the Host. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Reservation, including without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to booking a Listing.
Booking Modifications: Hosts and Guests are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make via the Mahakumbh2025 Platform and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees or taxes associated with any Booking Modification.
Payments: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. If you choose to pay using a currency that differs from the currency set by the Host for their Listing, the price displayed to you is based on a currency conversion rate determined by us.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel a Reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that Reservation. But, in certain situations, other policies may take precedence and determine what amount is refunded to you.
Restaurant Booking
Food Quality: The restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation and quality of the food served. Mahakumbh2025 does not guarantee or endorse the food quality provided by the restaurant.
Service Quality: The level of service provided by the restaurant staff is under the control of the restaurant. Any dissatisfaction with the service should be addressed directly with the restaurant management.
Complaints: For immediate resolution of food or service-related issues, please contact the restaurant directly. We may facilitate communication between you and the restaurant but are not responsible for resolving these issues.
No Guarantees: The Mahakumbh2025 app does not guarantee the quality of food or service provided by the restaurant. Our liability is limited to the facilitation of your booking.
Indirect Damages: Our app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your dining experience at the restaurant.
Modification of Bookings: Any changes or cancellations of your booking must be made through our platform or directly with the restaurant, subject to the restaurant’s policies.
No-shows: If you fail to arrive at the restaurant within the specified time of your reservation, the restaurant reserves the right to release your table.
Map feature condition
The functionality of map tracking is limited to the designated Prayagraj and nearby areas; using it outside these locations may result in inaccurate or misleading information. Users should be aware that absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to potential changes in locations and boundaries. Therefore, users are advised to exercise caution and not solely rely on the map for critical navigation or decision-making purposes. The map features are provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of continuous availability, uninterrupted service, or absolute accuracy of the map data. By using the map tracking feature, users acknowledge and accept these conditions, understanding the limitations and responsibilities associated with its use.
Live Location Tracking: The app offers live location tracking for all users, similar to a Google map. Users understand that real-time data may not always be precise due to factors like GPS accuracy.
Locations to Explore: Users can discover nearby popular restaurants and accommodations using the map within the Mahakumbh Mela geo fencing. However, data accuracy depends on external sources and may vary.
Panic Point View: The Panic Point View helps users identify crowded areas and suggests alternative routes. Users are advised to use caution and discretion while navigating.
Group Tracker View: Users can track team members' locations, communicate, and share meeting points. However, users are responsible for the safety of shared locations.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for interpreting location data, communication with team members, and decisions based on map information. The app and its developers are not liable for user actions or decisions.
Location Sharing
Mahakumbh2025 is recommending restaurants / events around you. In order to do that we would need to know your location. Whenever you open and interact with the Mahakumbh2025 app on your mobile, we use the location information from your mobile device to customize the experience around your location (i.e., showing you recommended places to eat or showing the panic points).
Event booking
The Event Booking feature of the MahaKumbh 2025 App is exclusively designed for booking events associated with the MahaKumbh 2025[4] . By using this feature, you agree that you can only book events that are specifically listed in the app. Booking capabilities are strictly limited to the events listed within the MahaKumbh 2025 App.
By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you adhere to our privacy and data protection policies. Misuse of the booking feature is prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to the app.
The details of event information are subject to changes and reschedule. Users are advised to stay updated with the latest event information through app notifications or official announcements. The app provides event information such as timing, location, and description for user convenience. Efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of this information, but users should independently verify details before depending on them.
Fire alert condition
By using the Fire Hazard Notification feature in the Mahakumbh 2025 app, you agree to grant the app access to your device's location services to ensure accurate alerts and routing to safety points in the event of a fire outbreak.
The app will send timely notifications about nearby fire hazards, including details about the location and severity of the incident. Upon receiving such an alert, users will be provided with information regarding the nearest safety point, including its location, distance, and directions, for their safety. It is important to note that while efforts are made to maintain the accuracy of these notifications and safety point details, real-time accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and users should use their discretion during emergencies.
The Fire Hazard Notification feature is not a substitute for emergency services, and users are advised to contact the appropriate authorities in case of an emergency. Users are responsible for keeping the Mahakumbh 2025 app updated to access the latest features and information.
The app and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or reliance on Fire Hazard Notification alerts or safety point information.

Report issues
By utilizing the complaint reporting feature on the Kumbh Mela app, you understand and acknowledge that its purpose is to facilitate feedback and the reporting of issues encountered during your Kumbh Mela experience. These issues may pertain to the app itself or the services offered through it, such as accommodations, restaurant reservations, or concerns about public safety.
When reporting a complaint, users are required to select a category that best fits their issue, such as technical problems, food hygiene concerns, harassment, or account-related issues. It is important to provide a detailed description of the complaint along with supporting evidence, such as pictures or voice recordings. Assure that all reports and resolutions will be documented and retained for a specified period for reference and accountability. So please keep all the records intact during this process.
Please be aware that while we provide the platform for reporting complaints, we do not assume responsibility for any legal actions or outcomes that may or may not result from the reported issues. Our role is solely to facilitate communication between users and service providers to address feedback and concerns.
Upon submitting a complaint through the app, users may receive a confirmation message acknowledging receipt of the complaint.
This message may also include information regarding the anticipated timeline for addressing the issue or any additional steps that may be taken.
User Generated Content
Ownership: By uploading images and voice recordings to the Mahakumbh2025 app, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Mahakumbh2025 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the app and Mahakumbh2025’s business operations.
Permissions: You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the content and that doing so does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Use of Content: The uploaded images and voice recordings may be used by Mahakumbh2025 for purposes including but not limited to app functionality, promotional activities, user support, and content moderation.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Mahakumbh2025 does not endorse any user-generated content and is not liable for any actions resulting from the use or misuse of such content.
Data Collection: By uploading content, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Security: While Mahakumbh2025 takes reasonable measures to protect user data, it cannot guarantee the absolute security of your content. Users are advised to avoid uploading sensitive or confidential information.

The mahakumbh2025 team has put measures in place to maintain the security of the Platform. There is no assurance, however, that the Platform will be immune to hacking and malware attacks. To safeguard the safety of your mobile device and PC, you will install anti-malware and antivirus software.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by the Mahakumbh2025 team or its licensors.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: The Mahakumbh2025 team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
Corrections

Indemnification
